Crafted with a nylon-reinforced polymer receiver, stock slide, SF stock, and pistol grip, the SA-C03 offers durability and lightweight handling. The metal components, including the barrel, RIS handguard, flash hider, enlarged charging handle, and tactical sling swivels, ensure a robust build. Steel parts, such as the screws, pins, shell ejection window, and mock bolt carrier, add extra strength and authenticity. The receiver also features markings and a serial number for a realistic touch.

The SA-C03 excels in fit and finish, with no loose spots between the lower and upper receivers, making it ideal for dynamic play and extended mil-sim events. Its reinforced polymer construction is both lightweight and durable, outperforming traditional metal receivers.

One standout feature is the ESA™ Quick Spring Change System, allowing rapid adjustments to the replica's power without needing special tools or a workshop. Simply remove the stock slide to access and replace the spring, tailoring the muzzle velocity to match field conditions. This system offers flexibility and convenience, ensuring a balance between firing effectiveness and safety.

The carbine is compatible with LiPo and LiFe batteries and comes with a default M120 spring, delivering a muzzle velocity of approximately 380 FPS. Additionally, an M90 spring is included to reduce the FPS to around 310, making it suitable for close-quarters and indoor scenarios.

Inside, the gearbox is equipped with 8 mm slide bearings, shimmed steel gears, and four anti-reversal latches. The lightweight polycarbonate piston, featuring a full steel rack, enhances durability. The setup includes a type 0 cylinder, a steel circuit-breaker, and a precision rotary Hop-Up chamber, designed to work effectively with M140 springs.

The SA-C03 features a 22 mm top RIS rail and a RIS handguard, along with an adjustable stock. The flip-up rear sight is compatible with various optics, while the extendable stock with an anti-slip pad ensures a customizable fit. The 14 mm left-handed thread allows for easy attachment of a silencer or other accessories.
